Privacy Notice
At Lendgrowthmk Editorial, S. de R.L. de C.V. ("Lendgrowthmk"), with registered office at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 250, Floor 8, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600, Mexico City, we process personal data in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its regulations.
1. Data we collect
We collect your name, email address and free-text message when you submit the contact form. We do not request official identifications, financial data or sensitive information. We also collect limited technical data (see cookie section) only when you provide consent.
2. Purposes of processing
We use your contact details to reply to editorial enquiries, receive topic suggestions and hold correspondence related to the site. We do not run direct marketing, telemarketing, nor share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent when submitting the form and on the legitimate interest of the controller to maintain editorial communication. In 2026 we aligned our practices with the most recent criteria issued by INAI and with the evolution of the portability and data-minimisation framework.
4. Transfers
We do not transfer your personal data outside the country nor to third parties other than the providers strictly necessary to operate the site (hosting, transactional email and aggregate analytics), acting as processors under confidentiality agreements.
5. ARCO rights
At any time you may request Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Objection to the processing of your data, and revoke your consent, by writing to hola@lendgrowthmk.com with subject line "ARCO rights". We reply within 20 business days.
6. Retention
Messages received are kept for a maximum of 24 months, unless a legal obligation states otherwise, after which they are securely deleted.
7. Changes to this notice
Any relevant change is published on this same page indicating the date of the last update. We recommend reviewing this section periodically.
